I am Dr. Mohammad Omer Faruck, a scientist and Instrument Chemist with a background in medicinal chemistry, biotechnology, microbiology, vaccine research, and analytical laboratory science. I have research and professional experience across Australia, Malaysia, and Bangladesh, including The University of Queensland (UQ) and International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Alongside my professional and academic career, I have been actively involved in social and community work, including through SCMB at UQ, IIUM, Malaysia, and at the undergraduate/graduation level. I value community engagement, teamwork, leadership, and contributing positively to society. I am passionate about science, education, community service, and creating opportunities that bring people together. My goal is to continue contributing through both my professional expertise and community involvement.
